As the curtain of 2021 closes
Everyone has been taking stock of their lives and achievements
You look around and can't really seem to lay your fingers on much to show for all the blood, sweat and tears the year has put you through

Unlike your friends, 
You didn't buy the land
You didn't get to build your own house
Or buy a car
Neither could you work things out to travel abroad

Except for a time or two, It would seem the year was just a flat line
However, instead of worrying how about celebrating your little wins all through the year?
First you're alive and healthy
Your today was at some point your prayer in the past
You gave this year your best and you're still giving

Check deep down
Yes, the year is almost over and there are those targets yet to be met
There goes worry, 
knock knock knock, 
Trying to sneak in with all it's pressures

Hakuna matata
Worry does nothing but steal from you your joy
You'd be surprised what tomorrow brings.

Dear Lord please please let this cup pass over me As I fell down the stair, bodily harm was the very least of my concerns  You know how much it cost me I deprived myself of alot of things I was hurrying to pick something outside The new Samsung phone I just got last week was in my back pocket When forces of darkness pushed me and I fell down a stair How else can one explain this if not enemies that are after my life?
