The cancer called bad leadership and mismanagement has robbed us of alot. Eating away chip after chip at our Hope's, at opportunities, at everything that would've made us live up to the name 'Giant of Africa'.
So blessed with unimaginable resources, still we survive by begging 
Begging at any chance we get
Loans upon loans, sabotaging the future of generations unborn 

'Giants of Africa' yet our men are so desperate to leave home that they've resorted to be volunteer soldiers in the ongoing battle 
Meaning, they'd rather die on the battlefield of another nation than stay alive in Nigeria 
When did we get this bad?

When you think you've seen the worst
Boom! you're gobsmacked with a more crazy discovery because yes, the cancer is still eating at us daily

The youths all have one target right now
'How do we leave Nigeria?'
What would become of this nation if it looses it's youth?
Nahhhhh, our government can't hear you
They're busy plotting the next loan and the next project to embezzle funds.

Bingo on the lose

My people, I was taking my daughter to school when I heard sounds of feet behind me and a man making a call signal. I turned to see what was going on, only to find a correct dog right behind me. Hmmmmmm my mouth opened on its own accord, next thing I knew, doors were flying open because the way my screaming pierced the air, ahhhhhhhhhhhh! The man started apologizing profusely, saying the dog just took off the minute he opened his door. And everyone went into their rooms as per, normal occurrence. Since I set foot in the Dublin, I think dogs are dragging numbers with humans. Everywhere you turn, someone has a dog and you need to see how protective they are about it. They smile and tell you 'Don't worry, he/she is friendly and loves to play' Then they pause with their dog and wait for you to rub the dog. It's considered impolite and somewhat rude when you don't.
