Upon meeting with the client i discovered he had gone ahead to buy a land we had previously discussed about without. We had talked about it earlier, i gave him my charge for everything related to the land, from basic search, to the final transaction of purchase. He said my charge was 'too much' and i never heard from him again until one month later.

One month later, over six persons are claiming ownership of the said land and several suits have been instituted, contesting ownership. Now he's running to me, ready to pay anything.
