Regrets; be a channel of life and hope!

Actress Tonto Dike made a post today on her regret as regards rendering financial assistance to people. A person had earlier asked for her help and after providing the help she was blocked which meant it was a false call for help.

A few days after, she got a request from another woman with pictures of her sick child and again she was also asking for financial assistance. Tonto completely ignored her, only to be informed later that the said child died and she began to regret her decision of initially ignoring the woman's cry for help.

So many people's wicked, fraudulent and false behaviour has closed the door for genuine people who really need help.

It's a rampant behaviour online these days to find people asking for assistance who not only do not need such help but disguise that they do, only as a source to rip people of their hard earned money.

This doesn't end with financial assistance. Some have given accommodation, lifts, jobs, kindness of different sorts that led them into trouble or the recipients repaid those kind acts with evil and hurt such that the people closed up and refused to offer help no more.

Let us endeavour to be the reason why others smile rather than a stumbling block.
