Helps!
We all knew Tina in our neighborhood as a quiet, jovial and calm lady. She always went about her business and had no bad report with anyone.
Well everything changed when she got a help.
One complaint to another, one mishap to the other, not to mention the quarrels we began to hear between her and her husband.
Right before our eyes, the ever cheerful Tina disappeared and was replaced by a sad, always tired young mother.
Well, today, the maid was bathing their toddler son in preparation for sleep,as is the routine of their home, but when the boy wouldn't stop screaming, Tina rushed to the bathroom only to find the help bathing the young child with a steaming hot water.
We have read on the news on countless occasions about people and their helps.
Some families have been poisoned to death by their helps, others have children who have become maimed.
On the other hand, some parents have been nothing short of beasts towards the helps living with them.
This therefore is a topic that strikes for balance.
Why get a help when you can do your things yourself?
Peradventure you can't, by all means get help and do pray while you're at it.
Pray to be a good guidian and pray your help is not a devil in disguise.
If you know you can't love and care for that help same way you care for your family, please leave helps and do your things yourself.
And as for helps who come with evil intentions, let's hope that in you won't continue doing evil, where you're not ready to help and serve with all your heart, please don't take on the job.
As for you who have a good help, praise God and treat her well cos they are rare treasures to find.
