Blame it on the devil

A lady was caught who stole #200,000 from a store. She claimed she was hungry when she was caught and of course some of us helped blame the devil.

A man was caught and handed over to the Police for defiling his underage daughter. Blamed it on the devil.

Chinasa caught Olivia with her wig after she came to spend the weekend with her; devil
Armed robbers were caught by Police, most of them were shot dead, one claimed it was his first hit, begged he had a wife and new born baby and blamed the act on the devil.

Africans have so bastardized everything. Instead of accepting responsibilities for our mistakes or find how to right our wrongs, we make up excuses and we'll, when we can't seem to find a way out, we dorn our cloak of religion and blame the devil.
It sure is the easiest excuse that comes to mind and the most convenient way to wiggle out of any fault and attract sympathy instead of take responsibility.

We must come to the understanding that our actions, good or bad, have corresponding results. Could be negative or positive depending on the seed you sow.
Let us throw away that religious mask of calling the devil into things he doesn't even have any inclination of and start cultivating the culture of facing our responsibilities and the consequences of our actions.
Let's grow to become an accountable generation.
