Who's your guy?

The just concluded cook-a-thon by Hilda Baci, breaking the world record for the longest cooking is no more news and we Nigerians couldn't be more proud.

Imagine what it would take to be standing to cook for a 100 hours and more without barely any breaks.

We can't help but celebrate the latest record breaker who not only broke the records but set a very high standa9to beat.

On the other hand, it took a team. Most importantly, was her assistant, Chef Sunny. He was everything and more. Whenever it looked like she was loosing the will to go on, he was there to be her pillar. Whispering words of encouragement, helping in preparing the ingredients she'd need for any meal and more. He surely stood by her every step of the way.

 Nigerians have since taken to his social media handles to shower him with encomium and love.

My question goes thus; who do you have in your corner?

Who can hold your hand when you fall? Or go crazy with excitement when they see you win?

Good or bad, the people we surround ourselves with matters.

The power of genuine love and support has rescued so many people from loosing faith, giving up and subsequently bouncing back to achieve surprising feats.

The right company around you will propel you to great things and the wrong company could be the source of one's ultimate destruction.
