It's no longer news that Hilda was recognized as the person with the longest cooking time.

The confirmation of Hilda as the new title holder was received with so much jubilation and guess what? According to Guinness, the post confirming Hilda 's new position is the highest view they've ever recorded.

Isn't that a double win?

Well today I'd be talking about the process that led up to the recognition.

Hilda decided to go the challenge, began planning until final execution. She had her family, friends and also her fans.

60 hours, 70 hours, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89... She had surpassed the last title holder and everyone was going wild.

Guess what?

She decided to put in extra hours as was suggested by friends. She took the bull by the horns and went on to do a 100 hour cook-a-thon.

After reviewing the challenge, 7 whole hours were deducted from her due to the fact that during one of her breaks she overstayed hence the 7 hour removal.

Have you taken a minute to imagine what would've become of her goal if she had stopped at the 89th hour?

She put in extra hours so much so that even when the 7 hours were removed from her time, she still ended up with the title.
