Africa: who has bewitched you?

It started off as a joke, Burkina Faso, Mali and then thegovernment of Niger Republic was toppled by it's Military and the Nigerian led ECOWAS organization began spitting fire and an invasion, claiming it was fighting for democracy.

We just heard of another coup. This time, in Gabon and the citizens took to the street in celebration. The family of the President had been in power for 56years. That is way before I was even born and had badly rigged the just concluded elections, declaring itself the winner.

A classmate of mine was kidnapped yesterday, while returning home from the just concluded NBA conference in Abuja. His only crime was leaving his home. These days staying in your house isn't even a guarantee for safety as many have been kidnapped from their homes. Travelers leave home after days of fasting, with bottles of holy water, anointing oil and different kinds of protection because you never know what the road may bring. This goes to show the security state of Nigeria. The country giving out military support is in itself invaded or better still infested with terrorists and suffering every kind of security challenge.
Do we talk about other aspects of the failed Nigerian government?
Power is being transferred amongst members of the cabal who do nothing but exploit, exploit and exploit some more the people they're supposed to govern.

Look at the leaders of the African nations. Old, power drunk, lacking in innovation, all enriching themselves and the nations keep going from bad to worse.

Few hours after the Gabon coup, 90 years old Cameroonian President Paul Biya as well as 65 years old Rwandan President, Paul Kagame, have reportedly sacked their military chiefs.
Why is there no consideration for the goodwill of the people? It is a shame and quite unthinkable that a continent, so graciously endowed has her people bleeding to death, from even the most basic of amenities.
Well, it seems Military invasion is the new way to go in African.
