It's a spiritual something?
It's almost like these false religious leaders hide under their positions to twist the minds of people and exploit them.
Did you hear about the people who starved themselves to death cos their spiritual leader said so?
How about those who willingly gave themselves to be burnt by their prophet?
Heard of the ones who sleep around with the women, homes they've broken, relationshis destroyed?
Let's not go into the numerous properties they've amassed for themselves exploiting the people under them.
Hubby and I had a pleasant encounter with one of such.
He began by telling hubby how great he was and how he was on the verge of his breakthrough but some persons we're fighting it so he should do some spiritual things to clear his path and went on the hive us a crazy list of things to buy.
Then he said hubby was great and was his tide was about changing and if I didn't stay humble he won't take me along.
Mmmmmeeeeeeeee, after going through the millions of hurdles and hard times and when it gets to the reaping, he'd remember I'm not humble overnight?
My people, this man was really sleek.
The joke was on him because we didn't fall for his gimmicks or demands.
Many years after and we've achieved many beautiful things. I wonder how we would've been running from pillar to post trying to do ABC as instructed to clear our road.
Hold up!
Don't be to quick to nod your head.
In as much as there's a rot in this system there are still genuine religious leaders, who care and shepherd the people they're opportuned to lead. Who's backbone are integrity, honesty, principles, transparency and genuine relationship.
Let your spirit be always alert and discerning.
Stay one place. Don't convert spiritual houses to become your lodging. From one prayer house to the other and that's how your problems become more compounded.
The wolves in sheep clothing are always lurking.
