Becky looked Chizzy up and down and told her she wasn't up to her standard, before walking away.
Becky was having troubles and with nothing but pure intentions, Chizzy decided to give some advice which Becky didn't take. Four weeks later, everything Chizzy adviced will happen did happen and Becky learnt the hard way. 

Not everyone deserves to hear your voice
Not everyone loves to be advised
Some persons love to learn on their own without asking questions 
While some want to experience everything for themselves.

Advise is a great way to retrace one's step where he's missing it,
Learn new things, you don't have to go spending money or scaring your life just to experience things for yourself.
