MERRY CHRISTMAS!

While seated on this beautiful Christmas morning, I am looking out the window and looking at the serenity of the day, the cars passing by, and the quietness of the day.

For some, it is a time of serenity and spending time alone; for others, it is spending time with family and for some, it is going out to parties.

However you are spending your day, Merry Christmas.

Take time amidst the schedule of the day and think about how the year went. 2023 was a trying time for some people and was a year of bliss for some. What are the mistakes you made this year that should not be repeated in 2024? What are the choices you need to make today that will help you and improve the quality of your life next year?

The choices you make today will determine how you will look at 2024 by this time next year.

In all, whatever you choose, choose peace, choose life, choose to live. What are the things you need to do to get the opportunities you missed this year? Who are the people who are toxic to you that should not follow you in such proximity in 2024?

The choice is yours. Let us celebrate while we plan for the big 2024.

Bingo on the lose

My people, I was taking my daughter to school when I heard sounds of feet behind me and a man making a call signal. I turned to see what was going on, only to find a correct dog right behind me. Hmmmmmm my mouth opened on its own accord, next thing I knew, doors were flying open because the way my screaming pierced the air, ahhhhhhhhhhhh! The man started apologizing profusely, saying the dog just took off the minute he opened his door. And everyone went into their rooms as per, normal occurrence. Since I set foot in the Dublin, I think dogs are dragging numbers with humans. Everywhere you turn, someone has a dog and you need to see how protective they are about it. They smile and tell you 'Don't worry, he/she is friendly and loves to play' Then they pause with their dog and wait for you to rub the dog. It's considered impolite and somewhat rude when you don't.
