Be good; you never know!
We weren't mindful of the time, neither did we care what the outcome of things would be.
All we knew was that a true friend needed us and we had to stand by him.
I remember when one woman ran to my family house crying to my Mum. Her family was at the verge of being evicted.
How my parents raised up her rent in the twinkle of an eye was beyond magical.
It's wonderful when we are recipients or hear of such beautiful tales. The story however is that behind closed doors, there had been investments in these relationships.
Hubby's friend took him in when he had no place to go in a strange land, helped him in his process of finding a job, put himself out there until hubby was able to stand on his feet.
The woman in question, has always stood for my Mum in good and bad times without questions. How then could she have turned her back on such a loyal friend? Impossible!
