What they see!

What will be will not be oh.
Life has taught us so. It's not a Nollywood affair.
You see this thing called classism, you may not like it but it sure exists and so many instances goes to show it.
A certain lady had her car inspected inside and out by her proposed landlady before the apartment was rented to her.
A man went for a friendly chat with a proposed client which went smoothly. They got to the car park, client asks of the man's car and he said he came with a public transport. Client promised to get back to him but hasn't till date.
There was a job opening, I referred a girl in church. They call me back later to ask why I referred such a person. She had the brains but forgot her looks in church.
A lady said the minute he walked into the interview room, her salary, start date and other bonuses were discussed before she was asked any intellectual question because she had a beautiful smile and was dressed in a red smart gown.
A guy saw a very beautiful lady in a restaurant, went up to her and they shared a table. It was all a nice vibe and was flowing until he found out she hadn't left the shores of Naija. That marked a turn off and the end of whatever interest the guy had.

Going to bid for business deal where you want to be entrusted with an ungodly amount of money and you want to show up anyhow?
My Dear, sorry to burst your bubbles, YOU WILL BE RATED! From your looks to your ride, to your experience, if they can help it, they'd even want to know who you know, where your spouse works, the kind of school your kids attend.
Study your client, study your environment. Don't go looking like a competition to a client you should be chasing and don't go looking like some under when you should have your A game on.
Point is, people see you before they hear you. Apply wisdom!
