Why they hate you.

They try to find every opportunity to bring you down. 

The scrutinize every assignment you're given

Some go as far as making records of your  conversations just to find something to pin on you.

They're quick to find way to misinterpret your word and instigate people again you.

Why me? You keep thinking. The answer is very simple;

1. You are the standard!

People react differently to good thing and one of those ways is simple hate. They see what they wish to be like or somebody accomplishing what they dream to do and they can't swallow it. 

Instead of asking how you did it, their blood boil. 

Instead of being an inspiration, they turn you to become a mirror of their inadequacies.

Relax and live your life. It's no fault of yours.

2. If they don't emulate you who will?

So everybody's calling your name. You're the 'it' person.

No problem comes to you unsolved.

Management is always singing your praises.

Even Joseph's blood brothers got fed up and did away with him.

Bottom line is, see all these challenges as an inspiration to do better. The hate should make one cower but see it as a spring board to better.

You know how many people will laugh if you fail

You already can tell the songs they'll sing and the crazy ' I told you's ' they'd go about saying.

Funny thing is, they can stand you face to face so leave them where they belong which is behind you and soar.
