Old habits die hard

I've watched so many people go and come, yet the circle unbroken.
This leaves so many questions and some persons lose interest to put in any form of effort again.

Trust is, how do you expect do cure or curb in one day, habits that took you years to build?
This is exactly why people fail or have relapse and they don't understand why things aren't working.

To break a habit, why not go one step at a time?
Begin with your first 1 hour
Next 3 hours
12 hours
24 hours
48 hours
Next thing you know, you're doing one week, three weeks and you're running into months and years.

It might look like a daughting task when you begin but, take it easy, one step at a time!
