Went through the usual daily routine and everything is going the way you usually go but you're not so super pumped and jumping?

It's not everyday one wakes up hyper
Give yourself some credit for the things you do
Things you've achieved
Goals you've set and begun crossing off already 

Even the superheroes in movies had times they took a break
Do what you can
No matter how little, it's something 

Smile
Smile
Smile
You're alive and well
You have the opportunity to make something beautiful out of today

Even when you can't see the rainbow,
Smile, you're blessed to be alive!
