God help us!

Seen the video of over 80 rooms that was constructed under bridge in Lagos and rented out to people for as much as #250,000?
Only God knows how long this practice has been in existence.
The other day it was some group of boys that rounded up for living under the bridge.
You needed to have seen the videos of these two different cases.

See how bad people are struggling to find places to lay their head?
The hardship
The suffering
Because they can't afford better

Yet we wake up everyday to one news of demolition or the other.
And all our Minister for works has to say is 'I'm a village boy oh, I no dey understand your English'

Abroad, government try to make better the lives of their citizens.
They build houses and rent at give away prices
There are shelters and welfare centres around.
What do we have in Nigeria?
They approve land and your building plan and you build. New government comes in and says you're not following the master plan and in the twinkle of an eye millions of resources, labour and years worth of inputs, are brought down just because it's not their person.

How do you destroy a business that gives jobs to countless number of people
Brings in revenue to the state
And a structure of this magnitude surely didn't spring up over night or without government's awareness and approval.
So why the demolition to construct road?
Please make it make sense

Bingo on the lose

My people, I was taking my daughter to school when I heard sounds of feet behind me and a man making a call signal. I turned to see what was going on, only to find a correct dog right behind me. Hmmmmmm my mouth opened on its own accord, next thing I knew, doors were flying open because the way my screaming pierced the air, ahhhhhhhhhhhh! The man started apologizing profusely, saying the dog just took off the minute he opened his door. And everyone went into their rooms as per, normal occurrence. Since I set foot in the Dublin, I think dogs are dragging numbers with humans. Everywhere you turn, someone has a dog and you need to see how protective they are about it.
