Today was a surprising revelation as I came online to find people bashing IFE of DANG because she said she broke off her proposed marriage two months to the due date because first she realized she didn't love the man, secondly the man in question had character flaws she just couldn't live with; he was a liar and not trustworthy.
Guess what people were more concerned about?
Who was responsible for the bills surrounding the proposed wedding ceremony?
Not her mental health or that of the partner in question
Not her boldness in taking such a decision.
So many called her terrible names and I just wonder which would've been better, going through the ceremony to save face or parting ways and not only saving each other from a horrible marriage, but giving each other a chance at true love and happiness?
A popular online Dr even called her a narcissist and other bitter names.
So you see that going to school and having a certificate doesn't equate to having wisdom oh. Just in case you're going through stuffs, know who you'd be taking advice from.
Well, my people A BROKEN RELATIONSHIP IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER THAN A BROKEN MARRIAGE.
So many went through to save face and have died or killed their spouses
Some have become a shadow of themselves
Some are just co-existing just because of what society will say
Some are wishing their partners death.
ANY RELATIONSHIP THAT WILL STEAL YOUR JOY, PULL YOUR SLIPPERS, DUST IT OFF AND RUN LIKE LIGHTNING OH!!!
